3) You agree to both the Terms and Conditions for Photo Share, as well as the Terms and Conditions for the site itself.
4) Photos must be Fetish and/or BDSM in nature whether the photo is of you, or depicts hot fetish-wear, or your favorite toy...

 

Terms and Conditions

In addition to the Fetish Mecca General Terms and Conditions, by contributing to the Fetish Mecca Photo Sharing Gallery you also agree to the following:

1) Photos submitted shall not violate the terms as set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or subsequent case law defining such, and therefore will NOT contain (but not limited to) any sexual acts, genital nudity, acts of torture or pain. Any photos containing such depictions will immediately be declined and will NOT be posted on this site.
2) You will not engage in any form of abuse. If we are made aware of such your information will be deleted.
3) Comments will be kept to those of good taste. Any comments not of good taste will be rejected.
4) All photos and comments go through a review process. Every photo and comment is reviewed prior to posting. Any photos and/or comments outside of the General Terms and Conditions as well as the Photo Gallery Terms and Conditions will be rejected. No exceptions.
5) Copyrighted material or material that violates copyright law is not acceptable and will be removed upon notification. 6) The photos submitted are of you, or legally yours to post and share.
7) Should a question of ownership or copyright come to be the photo(s) in question will be removed immediately.
